I saw this a while back, it was developed so that the towing vehicle could get through rush hour traffic to the site of a breakdown quickly.

However, once the car's attached, I don't see how it helps getting out of traffic...

I would be concerned about the brakes on that GWing but have probly been upgraded.

Wouldn't work too well in the T-Rex construction zone of I-25 here unfortunately. We get jams both sides of breakdowns.
