TPRS wiring problems on 08 any help would be great

what color wire on the factory throttle position sensor do i hook the TPRS tps wire up to?? and the same question for the rpm wire which color wire out of the oem tach harness do i hook the rpm wire up to thanks in advance

TPS is pink with stripe. I can check tonight color of stripe. Most folks use signal from fuel injector to get RPM. It gives a slightly cleaner signal. I can get colors tonight, or you can download the PDF of the manual on this site.

where can i splice into the injector for rpm? any idea why it is a cleaner signal? i have pink right off the tps on the main injectors to the quick connect then its pink and white thanks

You can tap the coil wire, but emperically, the injectors are just quieter. Not sure why. Not entirely sure what you are trying to do, but you can grab the wire at the ECU or at the injector.

adding TPRS for a progressive im all done except for the rpm connection and the tps connection pink and white is the tps correct?

i was going to splice off the tach under the left dash panel but the injector is closer and cleaner,

i down loaded the manual but am struggling w it

Yea, manual sucks. Big surprise.
For a GenII:
Primary injectors back at the ECU are pins 45 through 48, colors Gr/R, Gr/Y, Gr/B, Gr/w.
Coils are pins 49 Y, 50 B, 51 W/Bl, and 68 G. Again, I would recomend the injectors.
I make my connections under the seat, but the colors should be the same at the injector or sensor.

got it thanks for the help,, it seems strange that the inj would have a better signal then the tach wire right next to the ecu , any ideas why?
