TPS Jump

I was getting intermittent stalls and decided to jump the TPS while riding.
Noticed that when idle the "-" is centered, when in gear and accelerate the "-" goes up,
De-accelerate and it returns to normal. Is this normal?

All is good, it's supposed to perform like it's men too.
