TPS percentage threshold?

Hi everyone,

I been having an issue with my 06 Busa for about 5 months now. The 2 biggest symptoms are violent jerking when accelerating around 6000 rpm and hard starting intermittently. There's another issue when revving in neutral and it intermittently struggles passing 6000 rpm. Not like it cant but some times stutters or lags to pass it.
I have replaced a lot on this goose chase, new spark plugs, new stator, new rectifier, new fuel pump and filter, adjusted the TPS. Nothing fixed. This was after a valve adjustment, timing check, and installation of an APE manual cam chain tensioner. The bike did fall on the stator and TPS side before that service too. Just throwing that in there if it helps narrow down possibilities.

I'm looking back at the TP sensor thinking it went bad. I haven't been able to properly test the output voltage, but continuity and input are good. Resistance appears alright, but I don't know Suzuki's threshold for it. Closed throttle was 1.04 or 9k ohms but lower than the 1.3k ohms approximation. Open throttle was 4.05k ohms compared to the 4.5k ohms. I know most companies allow for 5%-10% tolerance. Are these readings considerable enough to rule a faulty sensor?

Did you clean the injectors?
Is the gas tank clean?
Test or replace the fuel pressure regulator?
Injectors weren’t cleaned in the fixing process, gas tank was clean and drained (no rust damage, just some old sediment and metal flakes) fuel pressure regulator appeared to be in good condition.

I’m starting to look at the coils, there was no visible damage but some old crud on the contact points. I attempted cleaning them but forgot to run proper test with them when I had them out.

Mistake on my end, but I’m going a shop give a second opinion on the matter.
