Track day tyre pressure

Hi

What is the pressure that we should use on the buse in track day use, sincer de recomended for the road is 2.9BAR

Different tires require different pressures to perform at their best. A good rule of thumb to start with is 30 psi front and rear. I shoot for a 4 psi increase in psi from cold to hot. If you start with 30 psi cold, check the pressure again when you come off the track while the tire is hot, there should be around 4 psi increase. If not, adjust the pressure accordingly. That's the rule of thumb I go by anyway.

Tire manufacturers are all over the place with pressures.

What tire?

If it's Dunlops, 29-31, Michelin Pilot powers 36-37. Big difference!
