That is way too cool! I know its only a matter of training, but I don't know how long it would be before I would be comfortable kneedraggin like that!

LOL 1 trackday would probably do it.  Maybe 2.  All it seems to take is some practice and confidence.  Thats the hardest part.  You really cant feel safe pushing your envelope on the street since there is no room for error.(By the way, I am no expert, I have alot to learn myself)

Tires I used this time were Pilot race S2's. For that warm of a day, and gritty of a drack I think the mediums are better suited. But I got a hell of a deal on the s2's. 180 rear by the way. The last 2 sessions they seemed to be going away, at least the rear felt greasy, but I could have just been overly rambunctious on the gas. For tire pressure 30 and 30 cold. I have a racer frind thats been at it for more years than I can count and thats what he recomended, Actually it seems to work real good! Sounded low to me, but I guess the track temps are so high the pressure will be right when hot.

As far as suspension, I have set the sag. Had to max out the rear proload to get it! I have not messed with damping yet, I think maybe a click or 2 of compression in the rear would help me out. Wish I could afford some aftermarket pieces!!!!

Very Cool pics

Man that looks like a blast, Wish I had the balls to do it on the busa. I still have chicken strips. Not bad ones, but strips none the less. Glad you had fun and everything went ok.
