I am sure NitrousJunkie can vouch for me.. go to almost any country which has not properly designed its street system.. (most large cities in third world countries).. and you will see something close to this..
its funny.. but no one panics and everyone knows the other persons driving style..
its kind of like going from NY City to some small town down south.. people get used to how you drive and what to expect you to do..
You definetly can not just walk out like you are the pedistrian with the right way, you will get run over.
