Tranny kicks outta gear

Under hard accerleration the tranny will kick out of gear. This is only happens everyonce in a while, and i believe its only done this in 1st and 4th. Just wandering if there is a fix. Bike has 5600 miles.

not sure , mine was kickin out of second not to nuetral just skippin for a split second but sounds similar to my problem ? and i dont wish that on anybody ! is this an o5 ?

it jumps into neutral ? or just kinda skips ?

jumps into N, and RPM's fall to idle.  Then its hard to get back into gear until i SLOOOWWWW down.

that sucks , sounds like trouble inside shift fork ? gear dogs?

My 05 Busa has popped out of gear twice now.
once while decelerating hard in 1st, it popped to neutral.
another time, while accelerating hard in 1st, i shifted into 2nd, started accelerating for a second or two and it popped into neutral.

spoke to my mechanic, and he thinks i might just be shifting poorly, as it doesn't happen consistently...

...just have 400km on the bike. i'm just breaking it in.

My falls into neutral when I shift from 1st to 2nd some times at the drag strip... but thats because I don't kick it hard enough....
guys... if your under hard acceleration on the busa, you can't pussy-foot it!

Make sure to fully engage tranny into next gear as these bikes have false neutrals between each gear.

hmmm... almost forgot about this post. I wouldnt THINK ( key word ) im not engaging the gear completely as i often feel i and putting TOO much effort into shifting at times..
