Posted a few times and appreciate all the help. Pulling motor tomorrow and wanted to see if I should order a gasket kit when I order billet forks and shaft.
While motors out what other things should I look for, clean, or check?
Are there any parts, nuts, bolts, ect... I should order for this project ?

Not a mechanic but wanna learn more and don't trust the few around capable. $1k labor is better spent on upgrades.

You need all lower case cover gaskets, and o rings for the oil cooler, and crankshaft balancer, starter and water pump.
Also you need a output shaft seal ,and clutch push rod seal.
As for billet parts, get a set shafts. No one makes forks, oem only.
There is no need to dismantle the complete motor just the lower case to pull the tranny

Got called in to work but this project kicked off last night fairings removed and am about to start on engine removal. Thanks for the help ill post updates or screw ups. lol

It helps to draw a generic shape on a piece of cardboard and jam the bolts in their given location. The cases are sharp so watch out while cleaning them. It also helps if you can weld up a basic stand to bolt to the engine so it is easier to work on upside down. Double check that it shifts correctly before you really bolt / seal it all up.
