does any one if you have to completely disassemle the motor to get to the trans or can i just split the case with out pulling off the cylinders i have a bent shift fork and am going to undercut my gears

I have heard that it is a pain in azz to fix. Unless you are a good mechanic...then it just takes your time.

Yeah...You have to pull the motor to get to the trans...
