TRE help for a 2003

From the look at the first picture you posted, it looks like the little orange connector. Just separate the two and place the those ends to the corresponding connectors on the TRE. On my '02, the color of the connectors are white, but judging from your picture, yours looks like it's orange. Hope that helps.

Vince it eliminates the top end restriction on the 2001+ busas, by making the computer think its in 5th gear.
Oh it really smooths out the throttle response in the lower gears. I noticed the difference in throttle response the first time I jumped on the bike and rode.
