I left Friday 3 pm, layered up with heated gloves. Stopped overnight in MD cuz my feet were cold. Will be pushing out first thing to avoid the coming storm . . .

Thanks Fam! Im in SC now, put over 500 miles on Saturday till I had to pull over due to rain/visibility. Its warmer here (55 degrees) than back home so Im loving it thus far. Resting up my road-weary body, then headed to Myrtle Beach for some nice scenery.

Have met some fellow bikers (though I didnt see another motorcycle on the road till I hit Virginia) and all have shown me love.

I started a blog on Friday and will continue to ride and blog about the trip. Its quite an adventure.

i ride to myrtle all the time from my house..its a good day trip for me. is there alot of people down there like on the strip at night?

havnt been there..only bike shop i have been to down there is redline right on 501..its huge, they even sell food

Isn't Myrtle one of the cities that passed a aftermarket pipe law and threatening max enforcement??

Not sure. I have aftermarket cans and no one has hassled me yet.

Myrtle is considering banning bike week. A lot of bikers and people here taking either side of the argument. That is all over the news last couple of days . . .
