How do I get the 4 silver things that cover the bolts off?

thin blade pocket knife or smal screw driver

I used a pocket knife, they are just a cap that locks into the allen hole

Thanks guys, I have already broke a knife tip off trying it that way. Heavybusa I think that my wife has one of those things in her bedside drawer!! I'll see if I can borrow it.
