Trying to get gear before June 12

I am horrible at this... My wife needs everything besides a helmet. She lost a lot of weight and decided to let her friend have her gear when she sold her bike. I cannot bring myself to put her on the back of my bike with just jeans and a hoodie. so i need some cheap gear for a 5'4" woman 128 lbs. female apparel is a PITA. those Dianese Yu 1pc are shexy tho.
