Well it’s been a long time coming due to other work commitments but we have finally managed to Finnish off our plenum chamber projects.
The plenums are available in 2 different stages.
Stage 1.
Our stage one plenum is machined from billet 6082 aluminium. It is ultra light due to being only 3mm thick yet has been tested to over 35psi. All our plenums feature a removable boost pipe fitting so you can choose from either a 2" or 2 1/2" boost hose, And a built in 40mm blow off valve. (we currently have a mk2 base plate in production as well that has a bov hole either side of the boost pipe fitting for even more versatility in fitting, or for really big bhp where people might need to run 2 blow off valves)
The key feature of these plenums is that they seal directly down onto the throttle bodies with o-rings and a clamping arrangement, so no need for silicon hoses and fiddly hose clips.
Stage 1 plenums are now available off the shelf for £649+vat. This price includes the boost pipe fitting and internal blow off valve.
Stage 2.
Our stage 2 plenum is for the rider who needs a little more. The gen 2 stock 8 injector fuel setup can be reconfigured in software to run around 350bhp with the correct mods, however due to the special size injectors used by Suzuki what do you do if you need more? The answer is to fit our stage 2 plenum chamber. It is dimensionally the same as our stage 1 plenum but with the addition of a separate fuel system mounted in the top which can hold any long series bosh fuel injectors. This means that by simply removing your standard top fuel rail injector plugs and reconnecting them to the new top mount injectors you can run your lower injectors around town for perfect drivability and then bring in your new top mount injectors for higher rpm levels on boost where maximum fuel is needed. Our own drag bike runs in this configuration with 1000cc top mount injectors and can comfortably supply enough fuelling (with fuel pump and regulator mods) for over 600bhp.
All stage 2 plenums include the boost pipe fitting, built in 40mm blow off valve, and our billet aluminium fuel rail and mounting brackets. (fuel injectors not included)

For those of you that may have one of these engines in a car not a bike we also have some adaptor sleeves that can be used to extend the plenum height so they can be fitted back to front positing the plenum over the gearbox. These sleeves are available separately for a further £65+vat for the set of 4.
