Watch the left hand of the operator. See pulling back on throttle then shut down.
The flame is on exhaust side of engine. Under the throttle body. Don't get a good view of exactly were.
flame out the throttle body, timing is off when throttle is released. Or classic back fire in exhaust running rich mixture. Safety cut-off relays shut engine down because of aburpt changes made by sensors.
Most evidence is the engine didn't blown.
