turn around time for chrome

how long does it normall take to get stuff back from chrome dipping

i sent my wheels, front rotors, gas cap and top mount off
at the end of feb.

i have only gotten the wheels back so far
last i talked to the dealer he said it whould be one more week
tuesday will make 3 weeks after that.
now he says one more week....
i freakin out with all the warm weather and i cant ride

I almost pushed a kid off his bicycle so i could ride somphin on 2 wheels

sport chrome took about 6 weeks when I had a few nic nacs chromed.

well everything is done ....but they won't give it to me
the say they are waiting on the bolts to come back before they give me anything

anyone know if they can leagaly not give me back what they have insted of waiting for all of it?

i paid all in full when i delivered the parts...
