Tyre Pressure for Gen 3

What is the right tyre pressure for the Gen 3 Hayabusa for street riding & does the tyre pressure not vary according to the weight of the rider?

Tire pressure will vary by temperature and weather conditions, and will rise 3-4psi as the tire warms up.
They should be set based on the type of tire, and type of riding.
Sport touring tires are not recommended to go below 38psi, based on their carcus.
Sport tires can go much lower.
I would ride out on 32-34psi cold on my gen2, when heading out to drag knees.
36-36 cold for normal riding, add 1-2 psi to the rear for a passenger, and 1-2psi to both for lots of highway.
The higher the psi, the smaller the contact patch of tire on the road.
Tire pressure Will vary by tire, bike, conditions, riding style, and rider preference...so you will get as many opinions as an oil thread.
Also consider if you set a tire to 42psi per the manual, it's going to be 45psi+ in a short time...and the tire will say, 42psi is the Max pressure.
Listen to Dave Moss on tire pressure, he is the sportbike suspension and tire setup guru.
You can also 'read' your tires, based on what their wear pattern looks like, and that will let you know if the psi is too high or low, or in a good range for your application.

And, if you weighed enough to need to add a psi or 2, just based upon your weigh, you'de have to be a big guy, who would already have needed to upgrade the suspension, and be pushing double average rider weight/or rider and passenger, 300lbs+
But, again, there are so many variables, and you will not be trying to calculate tire pressure based on rider weight, but rather with correct suspension setup and where and how you'll be riding.
Carry a tire guage, check the psi at stops, make adjustments, try them, repeat, this is the best way, trial and error in Your real riding environment.
You can set it and forget it, but you'll never get the best or safest handling that way, and the psi should be checked before every ride.
90° valve stems work great for this!
