Tried these out for the first time today and they work fantastic. They have all the standard bluetooth type stuff with intercom and phone / gps connectivity as well as hopping capability. If you have 10 bikes lined up with these things they can talk extremely long distance between the first and last rider because it hops off the in between units. You'd have to have everyone with these, but a cool feature. One of the best features is the boomless mic. The mic's are built into the ear pieces and work EXTREMELY well. I don't understand how you can have wind blowing in the helmet and not hear a bit of it when talking to each other.
