ufo undertail lenses problem

so, i got this undertail from csc which absolutely rules, but i seem to be having problems with the lenses. they were getting some water insinde and although i know the leds wont be harmed the lenses became foggy, but last night i noticed it came out of its place..

i tried to get it off to reinstall it and maybe put something to make it waterproof and steady it.. seems like i cant get it out.. any tricks to achieve this?

thanks in advance, i am in the army and i dont have enough time to take it apart and look more thoroughly into it...

Mine has fogged before, but the lenses have never come loose. Did you contact CSC, they have great customer support.

hm, i know rob from there, and yes, they have great support, but he seems to be very busy cause he hasnt replied, so i thought i'd try my luck here..
