Undertail plan

Hey all,
Here is what I am planning, (I think). I am going to go with the integrated LED brake/turnsignals tail light. Cut the "air brake" all the way off and then I believe that a set of HMFs high mounts will fit up there and look good without having to do all that carving on my bike to put an aftermarket undertail on.

Let me know if you guys/gals think this will work.

I just did the exact same thing to my bike minus the high mount exhaust since I just can't afford it. I will post a couple of pics tonight or tomorrow so you can see the after effect. It is not as totally clean as an undertail but for free it looks good. also like you said just don't cut all the fender off and relocate the tag mount up a bit and you are in biddness. I will try to post the pics tonight.

I cut mine thay way 2 years ago. I moved the tag way under the ECU. It looks cleaner. But I was thinking of going with a undertaill with a repaint this winter.

thats what is done to my bike (different exhuast) it looks good if you look some of the stunt part makers make a shorty plate holdetr it will work
