Isn't it supposed to be like the dead of winter? Today here in Sac Town we have beautiful clear sunny blue skys and it feels unusually warm and dry for this time of year, actually 71 degrees right now . . . . . . . and I'm supposed to focus on work? . . . . . . ya! Right!

Dropped my daughter off at school this morning, and doesn't want to wear her jacket. I pointed to ground and asked, what is that? Frost, she said.

By the time I picked her up, it was 70 and sunny. Go figure.

We have had beautiful weather and I am enjoying it. A double edged sword though, another La Nina drought year and the prospect of a nasty fire season.

I got my ride in on Sunday, Los Banos to Corsegold. It was cold in Corsegold, got gas and turned around and rode home.
