well, i'm still in Korea. I've taken to doing 4 a day PT M-W-F and 3 a day PT tues and thurs. Run to PT, then do PT (1), weights at lunch (2), tae kwon do after work (3, and my black belt test is in january), and crossfit(4). sunday is usually a run of some sort, sometimes a perimeter (around base, 5.5 miles or so). my wife is pregnant, and NO it's not mine, lol. that's ok tho, it makes it that much easier to move on with the pending divorce. haven't decided what parts and pieces to get my mistress for christmas (my busa is my mistress, lol), but i'm leaning towards a full Ti system from brocks. i've begun to enjoy my time in korea, spending time with friends and my Army family. my weight is rising again, from 231 up around 250 now, but i attribute that mostly to lifting and large amounts of protein consumed. my IVH (intra-ventricular hemorrhage, a brain bleed) has COMPLETELY cleared up. NO side effects, no neruological issues, it just cleared up on it's own. i'm in the ~30% of patients who have this that have zero side effects. I'm still training up for Enlisted Green Platoon in April, i'm doing well, but i have so far to go. Ft. Campbell peeps keep an eye open, i'll be inbound at the end of February. so although some of my circumstances are less than desireable, i have an overall positive outlook, and am very excited about the forseeable future. Stay positive orgsters, no circumstance shall be set upon you that you don't have the ability to overcome.

Wife being pregnant might complicate your devoice. Regardless if it is yours. All depends on state laws the devoice is in. Hopefully not an issue.

glad to hear things are looking up though

Sure sounds complex and busy in ogreland, hope you achieve all your goals and ambitions

Best regards Stretch :colgate:

i don't see how it would complicate things. even if they make us wait until the kid is born and take a paternity test, the kid isn't mine.

Good luck with green platoon. No fun lol
Good luck with the other junk too keep your head strait.

We'll be looking for your arrival Ogre. Your conscience is now clear with her infidelity and you can move it without guilt.

Try not to let your weight build too much; runners seem to last longer than those who bulk up because you'll need stamina more than short bursts in Green Platoon. But yes, get in the best shape of your life.

I like your attitude!

I waited until my wife was three months pregnant before I told her I was sterile. She was very mellow and easy to deal with for the remainder of her pregnancy!

Depending on the state the child is born in, the child is yours until proven otherwise. If she wants to play dirty that could take years all the while you will be required to pay support and provide benifits.

A friend of mine's ex got pregnant after they were seperated. She had the baby after they were divorced and claimed he was the father. He had to go back to court and ask the judge to order a DNA test. Took 3 months to get a court date. 4 months later they went back to court because she did't get the test done. She said she couldn't afford it. The judge refered them to the Child Support Enforcement Agency. Since they were already garnishing his wages, they took no action. After a few months they told him he could pettition the court for a DNA test (see where this is going). It took 3 court dates and paying for 4 test (3 that didn't happen) before the kid was finally tested.

After the kid was almost 3 years old his wages stopped gettng garnished and no the money was not refunded.

I would suggest that you petition the court now for a DNA test at birth.

I'd think that would put him in a better light? She's already pregnant before the divorce?
Ok fine then let her get help/$ from the new father not the former husband. She may have screwed herself, literally!

Ogre I can't tell you how sorry I am that it did not work out for you and her. It must bother you a bit that you are not still together and that the child is not yours. It would me.
I'm happy you are mentally positive and looking ahead rather than depressing about what's behind you.
With your faith you are right you can do anything. Best wishes my friend.

Be careful on the overtraining brother. Its really easy to sideline yourself by overtraining. Most professionals will pull 10-13 workouts a week. These are guys that compete at the CrossFit Games and do well. Most of them run sub 5 miles and can bench >300, squat/deadlift >400.
Good for you on eating right and training though...thats a big part of the game. Good luck at Campbell!

who has two thumbs and got promoted today? <THIS GUY!!! i didn't get pinned yet, but it's already on my ERB. my days are getting better and better, lol

I exhusted just reading your routine... Take it a little easy! Your body needs time, sleep and proper nutrition to recover and strengthen. Keep up the hard work but remember too much of a good thing!

Good luck!

i'm making sure my nutrition is sufficient, and i'm getting close to 7 hours of sleep a night. any more than that and i have issues the next day. but i <3 u guys for caring, lol :welcome:
