Using '06 Tank on '99 questions...

Well I am using a complete kit from an '06 busa on my '99, and of coarse the 99 has the external fuel pump and the '06 has the internal, so I want to use the internal pump on the '06 and bypass the external one. Is there somewhere that shows someone doing this? I would really like to get some good info and a few pics so I could do this, I really appreciate your guys time in advance. Thanks!

Well saying u have a complete kit is where my questions arise. If I'm not mistaken ur gonna need a harness from a 06 also the fuel line assy from the throttle bodies or maybe even the whole throttle body but other then removing the factory pump fro. Right side of block u really should have to do any mods. But in doing so make sure u get a stator from 02-07 and ecu so u can hack the ecu for tuning. Good luck with ur swap.

It's not a complete motor swap! I wouldn't think you need a new ecu and harness etc. to change the fuel pump. Wouldn't this be similar to installing any other after market fuel pump? Wire it up correctly and it should pump fuel? Prolly need to get it remapped via pc3 or ecu editor (if you want to go the expensive route, not worth it on 99-01 IMO).
