Okay, today is my least favorite holiday of all. However, I found a way to please the wife and myself in the process. I don't like candy and flowers cause the flowers die and the last box of candy I bought didn't get finished until 3 months later, by me.
So I figured I would take her to a play that she wanted to see tonight dowtown. And what better way to go get the tickets than on my bike !! Today is absolutely beautiful in Houston. So I shoot downtown (about 25 miles from the house), get the tickets and head back. It is so pretty outside, my bike started talking to me saying, "Don't go home, keep going, go to Galveston or Surfside." I was able to fight the temptation, but not before running it up to 120 on 288 South on the way home.
So in the end, the wifey gets a good night out, and I have already had a good day if I don't get anything else !!
