Surprise surprise this piece of %@$ confessed to the murder of that young lady in Peru. Now, we wait and watch to see what comes of the Natalie Halloway case... Sad, this could have been prevented had we stopped this sicko the first time around.

This doesn't surprise me at all. With all the evidence against him he really had no choice. Sounds like all he's going to get is maybe 35 yrs. No death penalty or life sentence in Peru.

Wonder if he'll get Library and Computer time (along with Gym and TV time), in addition with the availability to sue the Court for violating his Civil Rights (wonder why he confessed or how they got it out of him ) .
