Ventura rack fitment gen 2

Hi, can anyone post some pictures of a Ventura rack fitment under the seat to a late model gen 2? I recently got the bike and just bought a used rack off eBay but there are no instructions. There are two washers included but I can't figure out if they go on the bolts that replace the luggage tie down bolts (that's what they were attached to) or on the under seat bolts. Also there seems to be no way to keep the grab handle but it's definitely left on in some pics of racks I've found on Hayabusas online. There is amazingly little info online on this subject. I thought I would be able to download a PDF from somewhere but nope! Cheers in advance. Scott.
