I can't find a single carrier who accepts pre-existing conditions.

The plan can not go through without changing how the insurance companies handle pre-existing conditions. This is just another argument for a paid National health plan, with veterans getting a no charge on service related injury treatment. It would also allow for the increased budget for Veterans Administration that Obama is shooting for...
