vibration right untill redline

I have read some threads on vibration and I have checked the wind screen for vib. I ride a 2002 busa with 24000km. The vibration starts at 4000km and worsens up to red line.I am used to runing gixxers as this is my first busa. The clutch also seems to be noisy in neutral when not engaged. I hope these characteristics for troubleshooting help because I refuse to ride a bike that is not up to standards. Any avise would greatly be appriciated.

Welcome to the board. I hate to say it be these are normal trates of the Busa. I notice the vibration closer to the 500rpm mark but it's there just the same. The clutch is a basket type and it is loud. You should get a few more replies soon.

Dude IT's the CAM CHAIN!! PANIC....

I know I'm being a bobo, but you explain how a cam-chain is going to cause a vibration only above 4k or a noise only when the clutch is let out...

The clutch noise is normal, mine has been rowdy since new. As for the vibration I guess it depends on what you mean. a Mild zing feeling through the pegs and the bars? I would say that is normal but it's pretty damn mild. If your talking something really ViBRatIng then I would make certain your wheel weights are in place, tires aren't cupped etc. But otherwise like JW said there are some vibes up higher in the RPM range 5k-10.5 but nothing I haven't felt on other bikes I guess is my point...
