vibration when stopping

I get the slight vibration /pulsing feeling when stopping but its only the last 2 feet of stopping alittle hard
no vibration when first hitting the brakes at any speed its just the last few feet when just about stopped
any ideas?

Look at the disks and pads and see if they are gazed or have a hard spot?

yea ill scotch brite the pads and rotors

the brakes are 08 gsxr 1000 also the forks

Check your rotors and make sure they're true as well. Could come down to a design issue.

If the pulsation on the level is speed dependent, it's the rotors. I crossed that bridge a couple of months ago. New rotors made it all smooth again. Same brake pads. They had no glazing and plenty of pad left.
