Vibration

I have heard many people say that their bikes have a vibration @4500 RPM. (is this Gen I)? My 08 doesn't have any vibration @4500 but it does vibrate a lot @ 6500 - 7500. It's not much of a problem because I never stay at this RPM. I'm always passing through it, on my way up. In fact it lets me know my RPM without looking at the tach. I'm just curious if anyone else has this?

Neither of my Gen II's have done that. Good luck getting it figured out.

In Gen1 the vibration is normal around 5k RPM because that is where beast mode kicks in

Is this caused by motor or suspension ? Huge vibration or tickles your noise type deal ?

And you're still running the barends ?

Strong vibration from the engine @ this RPM. Decreases greatly @ higher RPM. Felt especially in the hands, like bees buzzing. In do have the stock bar ends on.

My 08 vibes a little at mid range rpm's, nothing to be concerned about though, and really isn't that noticeable

My '06 does a little, it's not bad but I was told with my 2" (approx.) handlebar risers it would be accentuated. I also have a 16 tooth drive sprocket which I've heard can have an effect on it as well. (Higher RPMs needed than a 17 tooth.)
