video/ how to embed?

Hi all. quick ? i have seen some people embed a you-tube video in there post,can some one tell me how to do it.step by step please.

Copy the "Embed" link from YouTube. In your post, click the "You Tube" button from the ment above the entry pane. Paste the embed ink between the You Tube tags. You're done.
