Was almost robbed

I stopped by the ATM awhile ago, I just swipped my card when a man reached into my window and grabbed my wrist and said give me all your money. I pulled my arm back into the car and he took off. He didn't get any thing. The police said that might have him on camera from the ATM.

I can't wait for this worthless state of ILLINOIS to finally have the right to carry a concealed weapon permit. But until that happens I will have to take my Pit Bull with me.

That actually happened to me years ago and I did Drag the Guy around the parking lot until he got through the window. You are very lucky

The peoples Republik of IL does not let you carry anywhere, anytime, unless you are an off duty Police officer.

What sucks is that I am certified by the State to carry ON duty, but not off

I always have this fear. One of my bank's atm is located in a dark area so I usually go around the bank and make sure there's no one around. I also leave the car in drive.
