Had a lovely couple of days at the track. Here is a video of a very nice older gentleman named Peter showing me what all the hype about the new Aprilla RSV4 Factory is all about. Check out how quickly he out paces my gsxr 1000 on the straits lol

LoL, the bike I get stuck behind for most of the session is a RSV4 Factory, pretty fast as you can see on the front strait

That aprilia is fast no doubt. I romped around the track with Peter a couple times that day and my gixxer was no match for power either. He couldn't pull away from me more than a few bike lengths on the front straight but he definately had more grunt.

I hope to see you back at Spokane for both our events there this summer!

both are great bikes. man I wish I had the extra money to put 20K in a track bike. don't wreck...

I don't know if I'll ever start with a bike that costs 20K right off the get go but I can definetly see myself having 20K into a track bike. Actually pretty easy to do if you start with a new bike. I have about 8K into mine. With the clarity of hindsight I see now that I probably could have gone about that a little smarter, but hey I've learned alot along the way.
