We have all looked at 1000's of Hayabusa images...I dunno 'bout this one

Is this a "hardtail" frame like a custom Harley has? I like the style an' all,the olive drab military green,the rear fender to go with the motif.
What I can't understand is how the suspension would work (up & down) on the swingarm with the exhaust bolted to it?
Is it just a joke for the pic? Is the arm rigid mounted? Anybody know the bike?
Like I said,I've looked in great detail at 1000's of Busa pics.

Not my cup of tea but to each their own. This is why the Hayabusa is the most customized sport bike out there.
