Weak sprocket covers

Broke the sproket cover on my 2000 hayabusa this weekend notice they are very poor designed and could make a strap to go over the slave cylinder haven't figured out the best way out of milling the new one out of billet aluminum, any suggestions would be helpful,I was runing Schnitz racing springs and the clutch started going away after about 15 passes, so I tried getting the spring pressure up with Brock's short aluminum spacers that is when it busted. I think these clutchs are just too weak, has anybody made a billet clutch setup yet? I know Tony Lang was trying some expirmental stuff with Gary Wardowski.

Chow for now

P.S. Brock, we got the busa to go 9.42 at 148 mph with a 1.59 60ft

PN is 11361-24F00 for 1999 and
PN is 11361-24F10 for 2000 model.
This is one of many covers that have different PN this model-year but if it's actually changed is doubtful.

Great I will send you one out tomorrow.I will blue label it for you.
Thanks Jay.I am ready when ever.
PS I am still trying to find out about the camchain sprocket on the crank for the 750.
