No never seen one going down the road i hear if your bike is chain drive that they suggest you remove the chain though I use a pro lift the bike sits horizontal across the back of my pickup and it goes in the recives hitch but it's not like most carries like it. It's electrive and the platform is raised and lowered to the ground and back up so no fear of running bike up ramp and it falling over
