This past weekend me and my buddy, he rides an R1, met up with some fella's we didnt know and ended up rid'n. One of them is on a ZX6, another on SV1000, a RF900, and GSXR750. They say theres a show down town so we head out. We get on Interstate 85 running about 70-80 and get to playing, Im running 3rd in the line, the ZX6 and 750 hit it. I down shift to 4th hit it, hit 5th gear and catch the with out much of a problem and ease off we were at 135 when I eased back. I couldnt tell you what was goin on behind me at that time. Anyway the 750 and 6 hit it again I didnt go this time, as I can not afford the trouble that 150mph ticket will bring plus the loss of my job, instead the other four of us are riding at 100mph and the other two ride out of site, they are on it hard. Now the four of us that hung back are doing 100mph and we come up on this State Trooper that has someone pulled over and I ease back to 75 real quick. We go about another mile and there those two were pulled over by another State Trooper waiting at the next emergency vehicle stop. They had to have gone past those troopers at over 150. We pull over to wait for the two and as we are sitting the two troopers come flying past us. The funny thing is nether of the riders were wrote a ticket, the cop said he clocked one of them at 96 and the other at 74 then said he had a call for an accident and let them both go. Talk about lucky.
