I have been planning this for awhile, but due to my injury I wasnt in the right frame of mind to go out looking at engagement rings. I also had a lot of stupid things happen too. Then 2 weeks ago I went out engagement ring shopping. I found what I wanted to get Karen, and had to keep everything on the down low!
Today makes it 3 years since we first met, so I wanted to ask her today! I was able to get her on the Busa after she got off work, and went for a nice scenic ride. I told her I was taking her out to dinner for a great school year and for our 3 year Anniversary of being together. She didnt have a clue what she was in stored for. I took her towards Knotts Island to stop at Kuralts Trail scenic view. After 15 minutes of chatting and looking at the nice view and the sunset. I popped the question..... Do you want to be apart of my family? Will you marry me?
lease: Her answer, "YES!"
I am really happy!
I got to do this with the Busa, and it was the first bike she ever rode on! Now we are back at my place to head out for dinner!
