Guess we need a volunteer with a turbo to test out the 200mph gaurantee huh? I'll be sure to find out what went wrong during visitation hours.

they just arrested the next random sport biker that happened along... that's how it works in TN.

Yea, I wonder how they found out who he was etc. if no plate was on the bike!

Maybe I missed something... but if he removed his plate, how did they know it was him?
That is what I was wondering. They also said they didn't pursue.
Good description by the officer who clocked him and investigative work. Much smarter than HSP which just escallates the situation.
I'm still curious. At 156, what kind of description did he have if he didn't pursue? Something doesn't sound quite right especially when they catch him later on at home or wherever.

It would be very interesting to hear the whole story for sure.. A positive ID of a M/C rider traveling @ 156 mph, no Lic. plate, and apparently no further contact until an arrest is made ??. I'm pretty sure a good lawyer would shred that case pretty quick unless there is a smoking gun we don't know about (Like a police helicopter that happened to be nearby and watched where he went ??).. Still, a positive ID is crucial to a conviction unless there is a confession..

That's what I was thinking...they see me with no plates or contact and then just show up to arrest...no way is that going to stick...unless he's the only sport biker in town
