What a 4th of july

Well, so much for any riding for at least the next 6-8 weeks.. I dislocated my left ankle and fractured the tibia at my mother-in-laws house yesterday... I hope it heals fast so I can ride... This really sucks!!!!!

One of my kids left the window down in our van and it started raining.. So I ran out the frt door, jumped over her flower bed and slipped on the wet grass(I think that I landed on the edge of a rock) and noticed that it did not look right. I am going to the orthopedic today at 5:00 to check it out..

My Mom did that years back, just fell from a step stool and it took her a long time to heal...best advice is to just stay off of it as much as possible so you don't prolong the healing...I'm so sorry!
