Probably a stupid question but I wanted to ask if ya can explain to me what happens when you hit that NOS button. Like what does the bike do, how much power is it? Does it pop wheelies? Do you get thrown back hard?
I have learned about the mech. part of having NOS on the busa, but want to know the physical part of it. Thanks guys...

well 1st off nos is a rush if you got it installed right.your riding style ,how long you are and how big a jet all depends on if you will wheelie or not.but it's fun all the same, you will know when you hit the funny button because the rpms go through the roof and your waiting for the next shift. but i can tell you this much it's alot different than stock, you think the busa has alot of get-up now put the nos on and the the lower gears will put a smile on your face.if you have ever rode in a commercial jet it feels something like that on take off. hope this helps. as you can tell it's hard to explain.
someone help me out here, this is the best i can think of.

I will admitted it I am a little scared. Is it going to throw me off or what??? Do I just hang on and be ready to shift up since the rpm will peek ?? I got butterflies just thinking about it

start in the higher gears until you feel comfortable,it will take a while to get use to it. is your bike stock length? and what size jet is in your bike? oh yeah be safe!!!!!

a little fear is a good thing,n2o is ''intense'',hp and torque will instantly spike, revs will rise much more quickly

just how dramatic this will be depends much on your setup,
to give you a better idea of what to expect,we will need some information, jet size, gearing, wheel base, ride hight, other mods

bottle pressure will have a big impact on the hit,low pressure, anything under 800 lbs will be soft, high pressure, over 1000 lbs will hit much harder,900-950 works well

I need to work on my launch then I hope to get the nitrous but I will start with small shots.
David you changed your screen name... Pm sent to u..

It all depend on a number of things, how much hp increase are you looking for? Theres several options, such as a wet kit or a dry kit? Are you going to use any type of controller, such as a progressive type? Or do you just want a guick RUSH!!!!! Then just go for a same dry shot!

ONCE YOU TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE AND WANT MORE!!!!

Yeah I miss getting on the track and after seeing that girl out there( Jen) I really got the itch now. I need at of practice thought..And some parts like a Shinko rear tire and have Prez do the air box mod, etc. to put the busa back on the track..

ITS LIKE PUTTING ANOTHER MOTOR ON THE BIKE, AND GET A MICKEY T MR2 SHOOTOUT STREET OR STRIP MUCH BETTER TIRE

Lady Ice, if you install a nitrous kit on your bike, I would highly suggest that you install an air shifter too.

You'll go thru the gears very quickly when you're spraying and you probably won't be able to foot shift fast enough.
