What is the factory rev. limit on all gears

What limits the factory red line revving on all the gears?Is it the ecu that needs to be modded?
And is it Dave O (board member) that can mod it.

I did the J/C gps mod but now I want a little more rev. thru all the gears..

How much more rev's can the stock valvetrain handle before valve float, spring stacking becomes an issue? I would think the limiter (other than the BS lowered factory 6th gear to prevent it from going beyond 186mph) is there to prevent float/stack occurances.

10,600 in all except on the 2001-2006 which 6th is 10,200.
Dave O's mod will add in all a bit or the Rev extender for the PC3usb will even go higher.
mine will let all go as high as the ecu will let it

hmmm...is there any fundamental difference in the ECU for a '99, and the later model years? If not, would it be possible to dump a '99 ECU, and burn it into a later model?

Just thought I'd throw that out; I'm not sure of the legality of that, considering the fact that Suzuki voluntarily imposed the restrictions (according to what I've read)

Cheese... THe DaveO mod for my 02 gave me 11150 but supposedly it only raises it by 350rpm so that means my 02 model is 10800 in 1st through 5th...
