Ive had the Busa for about 6 months now. Ive flipped through the online manuals and stuff and didnt find any info so I thought Id ask here.

On my 2000 gen 1, on the right side, just above the oil fill and behind/beside the fairing, theres a thumbscrew type adjuster. What is this for, what does it do and should I just leave it alone? Im sure someone here will know. Ive never touched it to see what it does- but it bothers me that I dont know what its for. Thanx ahead of time, Jeff.

That is the idle control screw. Or at least I am 95% sure it is without seeing a picture. No other reason to have a thumbscrew adjuster on that side.

Correct! I had one for my k1 and loved it. Saves time if you don't want to lift the tank.
