That is a Yosh RS3, it comes in Brushed, Polished, and Carbon.

A lot of busas have them, they have a good low rumble but, can get loud when wanted. I do not know what the specs are.

This is the most common aftermarket pipe (I think) for the Busa, and I'm sure many swear by it. The closest to black you're gonna get is the carbon which is what you've got in the pic. Only thing with carbon and this is strictly from what I've heard is that carbon tends to discolor after a while, especially when exposed to hotter then average temps, such as in racing.
