What Turbo system s best

What Turbo systems are best out there.I've heard the Mr Turbo system only makes 250bhp is this true?I only know one person who has a system in the UK and he wants $9000 (£6000)for a 380bhp system.I'd like to see 300bhp from the result.Is the MC express system any good?
