What wrong with the Greensboro, NC UPS hub?

I was expecting package today. I checked the status and this is what I found...

"EMERGENCY CONDITIONS"? wtf? I called you UPS about it and as usual they were less than helpful. Any Ideas?

Call again. If the person on the phone cannot answer your question, then ask for a supervisor. They will say he/she is in a meeting. Tell them they better get them out of said meeting. Then repeat the process till you get to an intelligent person. This may take a while.
