The wheel is not rubbing ,only thing I use to clean is wd40 ,is that the problem

Could be, it (is) a solvent. I use it too but after, I use Simple Green to sort of, get rid of any WD40 residue.

Thanks I think I'll try something else, what's the best (safest) cleaner

I use fantastic or Formula 409 when they are really grimey. Mguires spray detailer does a nice job for light cleaning.

Simple Green works great.
