yea i guess while u was replying i put up the second pic
yes its spring loaded and does have hole in middle

Yeah, I see the second pic now, what were you working on recently? I looks like a floating rearset bushing, but without the rubber.

the engine, split the cases and took clutch out aswell

Does it look like it's possible for the spring to slide off the cup~?~

There is a cup and spring that goes behind your clutch but the exploded diagram shows them as a separate piece that where the spring slides over the cup...I can't copy from this site but try this link...#25 and #26

I can't tell from this diagram and I've not had my case split so I don't know exactly what these look like, but look at #20 and #28 on this diagram...
