whats this part called?

I got a custome licence plate holder for my scoot and it takes the place of one of the square things that hold on the rear axle. im trying to find the part name because some how the original pice was miss placed and now im going to take of the bracket and need that piece. any thing will help. THANX.

If you go to the Ron Ayers link, you can find the part and click and find the price, but from the pic you posted you need a right side.
